This petticoat skirt is mid calf length. The deep border ruffle is applied over another layer of the petticoat below. Ties at the back of the waistband to close. I have added one press stud to the closure so that it doesn't gape. Fabric is cotton. It's a homemade garment, so no labels. 1910s 1920s. Pictured cami top sold separately. Measurements Small Waist
